We get asked this question all the time: Is this year’s vintage later or earlier than “Normal”. It’s a harder answer than it might seem (what is normal?), so we asked Andrew Opatz, the Director of Vineyard Operations at Chappellet Vineyard to give us a quick update on where the 2024 vintage is compared to last year (which, reminder was considered a late vintage with very high yields).
