Malek Amrani, Owner & CEO of The Vice, shares a look at the first signs of veraison on Cabernet grapes at his home estate in Soda Canyon. Malek says, “The next 8 to 10 weeks, we’ll be monitoring the sugar level in the vines… It’s the time the vines start to focus more on the sugar development, and this is when all the magic and all the flavors develop in our grapes.”
