Harvest is just around the corner for OVID Napa Valley, and for General Manager and Head Winemaker Austin Peterson, it’s time to focus on preparing for the exciting weeks ahead.

This means finishing blends and racking to barrel, making sure all the tanks are ready, checking all equipment, and lots and lots of meetings.
